Centrifuge drum disassembly precautions

The centrifuge drum is a major component of the centrifuge. First, remove the washing tube, feed pipe, then remove the cover, scraper, and finally disassemble the casing. When removing the casing, ensure that the weight does not rest on the drum. Remove the fabric disc inside the drum and the pusher blades on the pusher disc. Be careful not to touch the screen surface when removing the pusher disc. After removing the pusher blades from the inner drum's end face, place a layer of soft metal or paper 2mm thick on the outer drum's screen. Move the inner drum and push rod out together through the outer drum's opening. Use a soft rope to lift them out and place them on rubber mats to remove the push rod. Then, remove the connecting bolts between the cylinder body and the main shaft, lower the cylinder body, and use a soft rope and special tools to lift the main shaft and outer drum together onto rubber mats. Disassemble the main shaft. If no parts need replacing, the push rod and main shaft can remain attached to the drum.
