3. Strictly implement the minutes of the meeting or the agreement signed by the buyer and the seller on relevant issues. 
4. According to the buyer's requirements, organize technical training on product installation, commissioning, use, maintenance and other technical training for the buyer to ensure that the buyer's operation and maintenance personnel are proficient in operation and maintenance skills. 
5. Strengthen pre-sale, in-sale and after-sales service, and provide 24-hour service; Advance service; Whole-process service; Lifetime service; Implement the whole process of product manufacturing, installation, commissioning and overhaul. 
6. After receiving the quality problem information reflected by the buyer, reply within 8 hours, or send service personnel to arrive at the scene within 48 hours. Do not stop when customers are not satisfied with the quality. After solving the problem, the customer is satisfied with the service and fills in the service feedback form, and the service personnel can leave the scene only after signing and sealing. 
7. After the expiration of the warranty period, the buyer's maintenance service requirements and long-term supply of spare parts at a good price can be met at a good price. 
8. Under no circumstances, the seller will never make things difficult for the buyer for any reason.
