1. Product structure principle
HR type horizontal double-stage piston pusher centrifuge is driven by the main motor to rotate at full speed of the inner and outer drums, the material is continuously introduced by the feed pipe, evenly distributed to the filter wall of the inner section of the inner drum, under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase is discharged through the filter screen and the drum wall filter hole, and the solid phase is trapped in the inner drum to form an annular filter cake layer. While the inner and outer drums rotate at the same speed, under the push of the piston, the inner drum continuously moves axially and reciprocatingly, so the push tray pushes the inner drum filter cake layer to move outward intermittently and discharge the inner drum, and then enters the outer drum to further separate and form a ring filter cake layer.

It is suitable for separating suspensions with solid particle size greater than 0.08mm and concentration greater than 40%. It is suitable for chemical, fertilizer, alkali production, salt production and other industries, especially suitable for sodium chloride, ammonium chloride, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium sulfate, urea and other solid-liquid separation.
