1. Working principle and scope of application of centrifuge
HR400-N horizontal double-stage piston pusher centrifuge is a high-efficiency filter centrifuge with continuous operation, which can be applied to the continuous dehydration and washing of various granular, fibrous and other suspensions larger than 50um, such as: nano salt, ammonium salt, potassium salt, tripolymer, PVC, etc., which can separate more than 200 kinds of materials.
HR400-N horizontal double-stage piston pusher centrifuge is suitable for separating suspensions of medium and coarse crystalline materials, that is, suitable for separating suspensions with solid phase content of 40-70%, average solid particle size ≥ 0.05mm, and temperature not exceeding 80°C, and requires stable feed concentration and uniform feeding. It is especially suitable for separating materials that need to be washed in the machine. This machine has the advantages of automatic continuous operation, continuous slag discharge, high production capacity, low moisture content of filter cake, low power consumption, less crystal crushing, compact structure, good corrosion resistance, stable operation, and low vibration.

HR400-N horizontal double-stage piston pusher centrifuge working principle (see structural schematic): after the inner drum and the outer drum rotate at full speed, the suspension to be separated is continuously entered into the circular cloth tray installed on the outer drum through the feed pipe, and under the action of centrifugal force, the suspension is evenly thrown along the circumference to the screen installed in the inner drum. When the inner drum returns, the internal drum filter slag layer is moved forward along the axial direction for a certain distance through the pusher tray, and when the inner drum is processed, the empty mesh surface forms a new filter slag layer, and at the same time, the outer end face of the inner drum moves the outer drum filter layer forward along the axial direction for a certain distance, and with the reciprocating movement of the inner drum, the inner and outer drum filter layers move forward in turn, and further dehydrate. The final filter slag is continuously pushed out of the outward rotation drum and into the aggregate tank. The filter slag is discharged from the centrifuge through the casing outlet in the tangent direction by means of a scraper mounted on the external rotary drum. If the filter residue needs to be washed in the centrifuge, the washing liquid is continuously sprayed on the filter slag layer through the washing pipe or other washing equipment for washing, and the separated mother liquor is collected together with the washing liquid and discharged from the discharge port. If necessary, the mother liquor and washing liquid can be drained separately.

4. The main structure of the centrifuge
HR400-N horizontal double-stage piston pusher centrifuge is mainly composed of base parts, drum parts, shaft and bearing parts, cylinder parts, hydraulic parts, casing parts, main motor, electrical control cabinet, etc.
4.1 Machine base components: The machine base is the supporting part of the whole machine, and its upper plane is the installation reference surface of the bearing seat, oil pump and oil pump motor and other parts. The bottom is the fuel tank, and there is a level gauge to observe whether the oil level is maintained at 2/3 of the level gauge. The main motor and hydraulic system cooler, relief valve, pressure gauge and temperature gauge are all installed on the machine base.
4.2 Drum components: The drum is the main working part to achieve separation, which is composed of an inner drum, an outer drum, a screen, a pusher plate, a pusher plate, a cloth tray, a pressure ring, etc.
The inner drum and the outer drum are cantileverly connected to the pusher and the spindle (hollow shaft), and the pusher plate is installed at the end of the pusher tray and the inner drum respectively, and the inner drum and the outer drum are equipped with a screen.
The cloth tray is composed of a protective plate, a spacer, a bottom plate and a special screw, which is connected to the pusher tray, and the inner and outer pressure rings are installed on the end faces of the inner and outer drums respectively.
4.3 Shaft and bearing components: It is mainly composed of spindle (hollow shaft), push rod, bearing housing, plain and roller bearings, labyrinth sealing ring, etc.
The spindle (hollow shaft) rotates inside the two roller bearings, driving the external drum to rotate. Front and rear labyrinth seals are used to protect the bearings. The bearing adopts external copper pipe lubricating oil lubrication for two roller bearings;
The actuator makes reciprocating motion in the two plain bearings of the spindle (hollow shaft), and at the same time makes a synchronous rotation motion with the spindle (hollow shaft), driving the internal drum to rotate. The bushing is lubricated by pressure oil supplied by the hydraulic system.
4.4 Cylinder components: mainly composed of pressure cylinder, push piston, guide valve, spool valve, guide rod, cylinder head, oil inlet and outlet shell, oil transfer seal, lock nut, etc.
The pressure oil enters the cylinder, and the piston generates axial reciprocating motion under the action of its own reversing device, and the push rod and internal drum connected with the piston also make the same movement, and the strong axial thrust pushes the filter cake out continuously.
4.5 Hydraulic components: mainly composed of oil pump motor, oil pump, relief valve, speed control valve, pressure gauge, thermometer and oil cooler and other mechanical and electrical accessories. And includes lubricating oil supply system.
The oil pump motor drives the oil pump to rotate, and the pressure oil enters the cylinder through the pipeline, and during the oil return process, the hydraulic oil is cooled and returned to the oil tank (i.e., the base). When the working oil pressure exceeds the adjusted value (8Mpa), the relief valve will automatically open and unload.
4.6 Housing components: mainly composed of wall plates, casings, front covers, doors, feed pipes, washing pipes, aggregation chutes, scrapers, etc. The wall plate is connected to the machine casing with screws, and together it is connected to the machine base by the flange of the wall plate. The housing has liquid and solid outlets and pipe fittings for connecting the cleaning pipe, cleaning the outside of the drum and the inside of the chassis. Aggregate chutes, scrapers, etc. are all installed in the chassis. The front cover connected by screws to the front of the case is equipped with doors, feed pipes, washing tubes, etc.
4.7 Main motor: The main motor is installed on the motor adjustment plate of the machine base, and the main motor rotates by dragging the rotating body through the V-belt, and the tightness of the belt is adjusted by the bolts of the extension plate.
4.8 Electrical control cabinet: The electrical control cabinet is a special electrical equipment supporting the machine, and the centrifuge is controlled by direct start mode for the main motor and oil pump motor. At the same time, it is equipped with power monitoring, starting current and operating current display, as well as overload, short circuit and other protection devices, which are reliable to use and easy to maintain. When operating, the operating procedure must be followed to start the oil pump motor first, then start the main motor, stop the main motor first, and then stop the oil pump motor.

5. Centrifuge installation and commissioning
Responsible for providing technical guidance during the installation process of centrifuge equipment free of charge, and sending personnel to the centrifuge use site for commissioning until the centrifuge is properly produced and operated with materials.

6. Centrifuge quality assurance and after-sales service
6.1 Quality assurance means: Product design and manufacturing are carried out in accordance with JB/T447-2015 "Piston Pusher Centrifuge" and other technical standards and GB/T19001-2008 idt ISO9001-2008 and other quality system standards.
6.2 Quality assurance period: Three guarantees are implemented for product quality, and the warranty period is one year from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, if the equipment and parts are damaged or cannot be used normally due to the design and manufacturing quality or the user in accordance with the supplier's instructions or operating procedures, the supplier will come to the door in time for guidance, repair or return without compensation.
6.3 User service: After receiving the fax requested by the user, the service personnel will come to the site within 48 hours, and after solving the problem, the user will be satisfied with the service and fill in the service feedback form.
6.4 Training: Responsible for training operation and maintenance personnel for the demand side, training location: centrifuge manufacturing site or centrifuge use site.
