How does a piston pusher centrifuge calculate the number of pushes?

The composite cylinder assembly of the piston pushing centrifuge is an important part of the hydraulic transmission system of the centrifuge, which is the element that converts the pressure energy of the hydraulic medium into mechanical energy, and is the executive part of the hydraulic transmission system, which also determines the number of pushing of the centrifuge.

Oil required for a single stroke L1=πR2· S+πS1(R12—R22) liters

R – Cylinder inner radius

S – piston disc stroke

R1 – Inner radius of the main spool valve

R2 – Inner radius of the main spool valve

S1 – Main spool valve stroke

The composite cylinder assembly has a compact structure, clear oil circuit, simple and easy to understand, axial commutation, and balanced operation, but the combination accuracy requirements are high and the manufacturing is difficult.
