What to do if the tripod centrifuge does not dehydrate?
There are many reasons why the tripod centrifuge does not dehydrate, which we mainly summarize as follows:
1. The three-legged centrifuge filter cloth is not properly selected, and the tripod centrifuge should choose different filter cloths according to the particle size of the material when using, but sometimes, in order not to run the material when dehydrating, the number of filter cloth mesh selected is very small, so it is not conducive to centrifuge dehydration.
2. The material blocks the filter cloth and causes the centrifuge not to dehydrate, due to the reason of the customer's material, after each dehydration of the centrifuge, the hole of the filter cloth is blocked by the smaller particles of the material, so in the second dehydration, the centrifuge can not be dehydrated, in this case, the filter cloth must be washed after use once to dehydrate the second time.

On December 27, 2013, today one of our old customers, when using the SGZ1000-N three-legged automatic scraper discharge centrifuge to process materials, there was a failure of the centrifuge not dehydrating, called us to consult us, we gave the customer a detailed answer, the customer according to our steps, the centrifuge was processed, and finally the problem of not dehydration was solved, and the centrifuge dehydration performance was better than the original.
