The centrifuge has excellent anti-corrosion performance and can withstand various concentrations of acids, alkalis, salts, strong oxidants, organic compounds and all other highly corrosive chemical media. The plastic-lined centrifuge is a high-efficiency anti-corrosion centrifuge, which adopts the form of rolling lining, so that the centrifuge surface is attached to a layer of plastic coating, which has the properties of strong acid, strong alkali, salt resistance, etc. However, it has strong operating requirements, that is, the material temperature should be normal temperature, not higher than 60°C. Lining material: modified polyethylene.
 
    Process cost principle:
    Use high-quality Q235 or SUS304 stainless steel plate to process drums, shells, outlet pipes, wrappers, trays, etc., and blow dry, rust removal, decontamination, and clean weld nodules and welding slag before rotomolding. The metal mesh is welded to the equipment to form a tortoise shell PE lining skeleton.
 
    Surface blasting:
    Powdered modified PE resin (using linear low-density high-pressure polyethylene produced by DuPont in the United States and Canada) is rotated and heated, and the modified PE resin must be melted with the metal mesh skeleton and firmly combined on the lining to form an overall steel-plastic equipment. The visual inspection method observes whether there are bubbles and cracks in the lining, and then uses 14KV high-frequency electric spray to detect no arc leakage.
 
    Product Features:
    The centrifuge can withstand temperatures below 0-60 degrees Celsius under continuous use, and the maximum temperature of 65 degrees Celsius under intermittent use. It can be used for a long time in acid, alkali, salt and other strong corrosive media. The lining has high density, strong integrity, and no internal stress. No interface, no welds, no shedding, no cracking, no bubbles, uniform thickness. Aging resistance, wear resistance, no green, no pollution.

    In order to enable users to choose anti-corrosion materials reasonably, please indicate the medium, temperature and concentration used when ordering.
    Regularly check (at least not less than 1 time a week) for broken and cracked liners in the drum. Find it in time and repair it.
